value added courses and skill enhancement courses

The Department of Food Processing and Technology at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, has released the official curriculum for several Value Added Courses and Skill Enhancement Courses. This syllabus applies to students enrolled in the B.Sc. Honours and Honours with Research program in Food Processing and Technology. The designated subjects, which include Food Safety and Quality Management, Food Adulteration, Food Fortification, and Millet Processing, are slated for implementation starting from the 2024-2025 academic session. University faculty and students must adhere to these newly approved guidelines, which outline a 30-hour teaching schedule per course alongside a combination of internal and semester-end evaluations.
