Code of Ethics and Conduct For Research (2026)

Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya in Durg has officially implemented the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Research, 2026, to maintain academic integrity and transparency. Effective immediately from its issuance date of July 13, 2026, this regulation applies to all Ph.D. and research programs, directly affecting research scholars, supervisors, co-supervisors, and faculty members. Affected individuals must strictly adhere to these guidelines, which define ethical research practices, publication norms, and intellectual property rights. Crucially, researchers must avoid misconduct such as plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification to prevent disciplinary sanctions by the university's Ethics Committee.
