Universities and colleges are strictly directed to stop accepting physical, printed, or signed hard copies of affidavits from students to conserve paper and reduce compliance burdens. Furthermore, institutions are required to submit their compliance reports online and display anti-ragging posters in prominent campus areas such as hostels, libraries, and admission centers.
