Regarding Syllabus for B. Com. (NEP-2020) issued by the Central Board of Studies under the Faculty of Commerce, and the syllabus for M.Com. (First Semester) issued by the University Board of Studies.

This official notification from Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg, applies to Commerce faculty students enrolled in B.Com. 5th Semester (NEP-2020) and M.Com. 1st Semester. It directs that instruction for the paper "Income Tax Law and Accounts" must be conducted strictly according to the Indian Income Tax Act 2025, while all other syllabus content remains unchanged. Principals of all affiliated colleges are required to instruct their relevant departments and ensure this information is promptly communicated to affected students.
