Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg, has announced open counseling for admission to vacant first-semester seats in MSc Mathematics, Physics, Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry for the 2026-27 academic session. The first phase of counseling will run from August 8 to August 11, 2026, for candidates who appeared in the university entrance exam but did not make the merit list. The second phase will take place from August 13 to August 14, 2026, for students who did not sit for the entrance exam but have successfully completed their BSc in the relevant subject. To participate, eligible students must report to the university campus in Potiyakala, Durg, with both original and photocopied versions of all required documents. Candidates from previous merit and waiting lists who missed earlier admission deadlines will also be given an opportunity to secure admission during these phases.
