The First Appellate Authority of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur, has issued a notice rescheduling the first appeal hearing under the Right to Information Act, 2005, for appeal number 541. The case involves the appellant, Shri Deepak Lal, and the Public Information Officer of the Late Dr. Ramchandra Singh Dev Agriculture College and Research Centre in Korea, Baikunthpur. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the hearing originally scheduled for July 21, 2026, has been rescheduled to August 13, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Both parties are required to appear at the scheduled date and time in the office chamber of the Director of Research Services.
