The First Appellate Authority of Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur, has issued a notice regarding the hearing of First Appeal Number 575 filed under the Right to Information Act, 2005 by Shri Uttam Kumar Diwan against the Public Information Officer of the administrative building. The appeal hearing is scheduled for October 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM before the First Appellate Authority. The appellant is required to attend the hearing in person to present his case. Additionally, the Public Information Officer is directed to submit their written response along with documentation of action taken at least two days prior to the hearing. Copies of the notice have also been sent to the Registrar and the Server In-charge to ensure the document is uploaded to the university website.
