The Office of the First Appellate Authority at Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya has scheduled an RTI appeal hearing (Appeal No. 541) on July 21, 2026, involving Late Dr. Ramchand Singh Dev College of Agriculture and Research Centre, Koriya/Baikunthpur, and applicant Shri Deepak Lal. Both the applicant and the Public Information Officer of the college are directed to attend the hearing at the designated time. Additionally, the Public Information Officer must submit their point-wise reply and action taken report to the First Appellate Authority at least two days prior to the scheduled hearing date. The university server in-charge has also been instructed to upload this official notice onto the institution's website.
