Eligible candidates must apply online through the IGKV MIS admission portal by logging in with their registration credentials, filling out the application, and uploading the required documents. Room allotments will be decided by the hostel committee based on vacant seats, and applicants must pay their fees online once notified via SMS. Any attempts to use external influence or recommendations for securing accommodation will lead to the immediate rejection of the application.
