Convocation Notice

Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, will host its 28th Convocation ceremony in September or October 2026 for Ph.D. and D.Lit. degree recipients and gold medal winners who qualified between January 11, 2024, and August 31, 2026. Eligible candidates must submit their applications in the prescribed format via post or email by the deadline of September 20, 2026, although applicants who already submitted forms before November 7, 2025, do not need to reapply. The registration fee is Rs. 1000 for degree recipients and Rs. 300 for gold medalists, payable via cash or bank draft. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1000 for the convocation dress must be submitted to coordinator Dr. Arvind Agrawal.
