SNA-SPARSH मॉडल के अंतर्गत निधियों का अनावश्यक पार्किंग ना किये जाने के सम्बन्ध में

This official circular, issued by the Finance Department of the Government of Chhattisgarh on June 23, 2026, directs all state departments to strictly adhere to the SNA-SPARSH model guidelines for Centrally Sponsored Schemes. The department noted that instead of direct transfers to actual beneficiaries or vendors, some funds were incorrectly parked in the accounts of government agencies or departments. To rectify this, all departments are instructed to review their active schemes and ensure strict compliance with the central Department of Expenditure guidelines dated July 13, 2023. Concerned officers must immediately implement these measures to ensure Just-in-Time fund utilization and prevent any unnecessary parking of funds in the future.
