GEM BID : Bid for Catering Service (Convocation Event Management)

Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University (PSSOU) has issued a bid document for event-based vegetarian catering services for its upcoming convocation ceremony, catering to 1200 people over two event days. Bidders must submit their proposals online via the GeM portal by the deadline of September 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM. To qualify, participating sellers must have a minimum average annual turnover of 40 Lakhs over the past three years, three years of experience in similar services, and submit an Earnest Money Deposit of 50,000 INR unless exempt.
