Pandit Sundarlal Sharma (Open) University in Bilaspur has issued a notification regarding a change in fee collection for final-year students. Starting from the July-June 2026-27 academic session, the degree certificate fee will be merged with and collected alongside the admission fee at the time of final-year registration. This decision follows approvals from the university's Planning Board and Executive Council meetings held in October 2025. Students enrolling in the final year of their respective courses must prepare to pay these combined fees together during the admission process.
