संशोधित अध्यादेश क्रमांक - 109 (B.A.LL.B./B.Com.LL.B./B.Sc.LL.B.) के संबंध में अधिसूचना

Shaheed Nandkumar Patel Vishwavidyalaya, Raigarh, has issued an official notice amending Ordinance 109 for five-year integrated law courses, including B.A. L.L.B., B.Com. L.L.B., and B.Sc. L.L.B., starting from the 2026-27 academic session. Under the revised guidelines, candidates who fail in up to two subjects per semester can now advance to the next semester, with the timeline to clear all backlogs extended up to the tenth semester or as permitted under the N+2+1 rule. Additionally, the minimum passing requirement has been reduced to 36% in individual papers and 48% in aggregate, down from the previous 40% and 50% respectively. Students and affiliated colleges must align with these newly implemented academic progression and passing criteria.
