Shaheed Nandkumar Patel Vishwavidyalaya, Raigarh, has released a notification extending the deadline for filling out supplementary examination forms for undergraduate second and third-year regular, private, and ex-students for the 2025-26 academic session. Eligible candidates can now submit their online examination forms with a late fee of 200 rupees between September 16 and September 17, 2026. Students are required to submit the hard copy of their online application, payment receipts, and self-attested mandatory documents to their respective colleges by September 17, 2026. Finally, the concerned colleges must verify the documents and submit the student roll lists and forms to the university's examination department by September 18, 2026.
