Office Memorendum for course seelction and Examination Registration

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has issued an office memorandum regarding course selection and examination registration for odd-semester undergraduate and postgraduate students under NEP and CBCS for the 2026-27 academic session, excluding engineering, technology, and pharmacy. Undergraduate course selection without a late fee must be completed between July 14 and July 19, 2026, while the regular exam form submission period for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses is scheduled from August 3 to August 13, 2026. A late registration window with a 250-rupee fine will be available from August 14 to August 20, 2026. Students must complete their course selection and exam registration online through the Samarth Student Portal, print the final application, and submit the hard copy with the fee receipt to their respective department heads.
