O.M. 336/ Exam/ Regarding Course Selection and Exam Form Submission for B.Tech. NEP / C.B.C.S. (III, V & VII ) semester AND M.Tech NEP/ C.B.C.S. III Semester, Session 2026-27
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has released the schedule for online course selection and exam form registration for B.Tech. third, fifth, and seventh semesters, as well as M.Tech. third semester students for the 2026-27 session. B.Tech. students can perform online course selection from August 21 to August 30, 2026, and submit exam forms from September 2 to September 10, 2026, without a late fee. For M.Tech. students, both course selection and exam form registration must be completed between September 2 and September 10, 2026. A late fee of 250 rupees will be charged for submissions made from September 11 to September 17, 2026, after which no forms will be accepted. To complete the process, students must register on the Samarth Student Portal, select their courses, submit the exam form, and deliver a printed hard copy of the form along with the fee receipt to their respective departments.

Office Memorandum for the ATKT exam from registration for the B.Tech students (2019 Batch) Last Chance
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has announced a special ATKT examination for B.Tech. (CBCS) students enrolled in the 2019-2020 batch who are completing their maximum seven-year duration and have pending backlogs in any semester from first to eighth. Eligible candidates must register online through the Samarth Portal from July 22 to July 28, 2026, without a late fee, or with a late fee of one hundred rupees from July 29 to July 31, 2026. Following online submission, students must print the application form and submit the hard copy along with copies of relevant mark sheets to their respective Head of Department. The special ATKT examinations are tentatively scheduled to begin on August 10, 2026.

Office Memorandum for the filling of Special ATKT examination form (expect Engineering and Pharmacy)
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has released a notice for failed students of three-year UG CBCS programs admitted in the 2021-22 session, excluding Engineering and Pharmacy departments, whose maximum five-year program duration is ending. Affected students must submit their ATKT examination forms online through the Samarth Portal. The submission window without a late fee is open from July 17 to July 23, 2026, while submission with a one hundred rupees late fee is allowed from July 24 to July 26, 2026. After online submission, students must print the application form and submit it physically along with their previous marksheets to their respective department heads. The examinations are tentatively scheduled to commence on August 3, 2026.

Time Table of UG/PG Session 2025-26 End ATKT Examination of UTD Programs (Except E&T)
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has announced the ATKT examination schedule for final-year undergraduate and postgraduate courses under the CBCS non-NEP system, with exams starting on July 17, 2026. Students in affected courses across various departments, including Law, Arts, Sciences, and Commerce, must download their admit cards from the Samarth portal at least three days before the examinations begin. Respective department heads must submit the verified student roll lists to the exam department by July 13, 2026, to ensure admit cards are issued. Additionally, department heads are tasked with scheduling practical or oral exams and delivering verified student certificates to the exam centers three days prior to the start of exams.

Time Table of B.TECH. I, III, V, VII, & VIII Semesters ATKT EXAM SESSION 2025-26
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has released the official ATKT examination timetable for final-year B.Tech students under the CBCS and NEP schemes for semesters I, III, V, VII, and VIII. The written examinations are scheduled to begin on July 17, 2026, and will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New I.T. building. Students must download their admit cards from the Samarth portal and resolve any portal-related issues with the helpline prior to the exams. Additionally, department heads are instructed to finalize practical exam dates and download student verification sheets from the portal at least three days before examinations commence.

Office Memorendum for course seelction and Examination Registration
Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has issued an office memorandum regarding course selection and examination registration for odd-semester undergraduate and postgraduate students under NEP and CBCS for the 2026-27 academic session, excluding engineering, technology, and pharmacy. Undergraduate course selection without a late fee must be completed between July 14 and July 19, 2026, while the regular exam form submission period for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses is scheduled from August 3 to August 13, 2026. A late registration window with a 250-rupee fine will be available from August 14 to August 20, 2026. Students must complete their course selection and exam registration online through the Samarth Student Portal, print the final application, and submit the hard copy with the fee receipt to their respective department heads.

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has announced the application window for the NEP Exit Option through the SAMARTH portal, applicable to eligible undergraduate programs excluding engineering and technical courses. Students who have completed their first, second, or third year with the requisite credits must apply online between June 30, 2026, and July 6, 2026. After applying online, students must print the application form, sign it, attach their original final semester marksheets, and submit it to their Head of Department. The final deadline for departments to submit these applications to the exam section is July 9, 2026, while students with pending results may apply within five days of their result declaration.

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has released the end-semester examination time-table for B.Tech. (II, IV, VI, and VIII semesters) and M.Tech. (II and IV semesters) regular, backlog, and ex-students for the 2025-26 session. The theory examinations are scheduled to be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and students must download their admit cards from the Samarth portal three days before the exams begin. Practical, dissertation, and thesis examinations must be completed between April 15 and April 28, 2026, for B.Tech. VIII semester, and between May 1 and May 8, 2026, for M.Tech. IV semester. For MOOC subjects, students are advised to coordinate directly with their respective coordinators regarding exam dates, times, and offline or online modes.
