O.M. 336/ Exam/ Regarding Course Selection and Exam Form Submission for B.Tech. NEP / C.B.C.S. (III, V & VII ) semester AND M.Tech NEP/ C.B.C.S. III Semester, Session 2026-27

Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has released the schedule for online course selection and exam form registration for B.Tech. third, fifth, and seventh semesters, as well as M.Tech. third semester students for the 2026-27 session. B.Tech. students can perform online course selection from August 21 to August 30, 2026, and submit exam forms from September 2 to September 10, 2026, without a late fee. For M.Tech. students, both course selection and exam form registration must be completed between September 2 and September 10, 2026. A late fee of 250 rupees will be charged for submissions made from September 11 to September 17, 2026, after which no forms will be accepted. To complete the process, students must register on the Samarth Student Portal, select their courses, submit the exam form, and deliver a printed hard copy of the form along with the fee receipt to their respective departments.
